simple things ~ a decanter

It's been an awfully long time since this decanter has seen any alcohol...not because I don't drink mind you...just because decanting isn't really my thing...I'm a from the bottle straight to the glass kind of girl. But I love its shape so much I had to have it on display.  I quite like feathers too...and had these lying around...so decanter plus feathers equals...
Think I might try peacock feathers though...when I work out how to get these ones out that is!!

  5. Oooh, likey like. I have been looking for just the right bowl for my feathers, but maybe I need to think outside the square. This is pure brilliance.

  6. Nice idea and I agree, peacock feathers would look beautiful! I haven't got a decanter but I was actually thinking of getting one as we are approaching winter and red wine season! I actually love drinking a good quality red wine that has been through the ceremonial decanting!

So lovely to meet you Kerry and thanks so much for your sweet comment on the blog I share with my sisters.

Until next time, happy weekend and best wishes,
    Natasha.
