Not all that sure it's done the trick (legal drugs may be required)...and I'm afraid it's back to bed for me...but I do hope normal transmission will resume again tomorrow.

feed a cold?
Wasn't a well puppy yesterday...came home from work at lunch time...slept all afternoon (how I needed that)...made myself some chicken soup for dinner....(obviously not on my death bed and still had the presence of mind to take a photo for the blog...or maybe that actually means I was delirious!)

Oh you poor possum, it's back to bed with you! I prescribe a nice day in bed with some of your fave mags (Home Beautiful has a really gorgeous house in it this month!!!)more of that yummy soup and maybe a movie. Blogdom just won't be the same without your sweet self, so it's off with you for some well-deserved r & r! K xx
ReplyDeleteHope you feel better soon!
ReplyDeleteThat's no good! Have a restful day in bed and try to keep away fom the pooter. Your soup looks very nice - though I'm not a chicken girl. I'm going to make roast pumpkin and carrot soup today. The temp is dropping big time down here in Tas :)
ReplyDeleteFeel better soon!
Soup looks delicious Kerry!!! I hope you're feeling better soon. Rest up and relax. Sending you hugs.
ReplyDeleteJxx
that's no good! hope you're feeling heaps better soon Kerry!!jx
ReplyDeleteOh Kerry, get better soon! At least you got to come home from work and get some rest then eat what looks like a lovely bowl of soup!
ReplyDeleteKristine
Well, if that delicious-looking soup doesn't do it - surely a bit of bed rest will. Get well soon x
ReplyDeleteDear Kerry,
ReplyDeleteNot good, feeling rotten....by the way, that chicken soup look's good. Chicken soup is one of my favourite things. I always feel as if I could run a marathon when I've had a bowl of homemade chicken soup !! It should definitely get you back on track...that, and being in bed, T.V, more chicken soup and visits from your gorgeous man !!
Look after yourself, Kerry and take care. XXXX
Feel better mummy poo!! x
ReplyDeleteOh dear, I can empathize.. I don't think my lungs are working at all. Love the fact that you still had the energy to take a photo for the blog.... they need nurturing too, these bloggies of ours. Hope you are feeling better soon. A-M xx PS. Soup looks real good. If I was local, I would have popped in for a 'neighbourly' takeaway serve..... bugs and all!
ReplyDeleteOh you poor love :( We've just gotten over colds in our households so I can sympathize. Your soup looks yummy so hope that together with lots of bowls of all that goodness and some rest, you will be feeling better real soon. Take care xx
ReplyDeleteoh you poor thing. yuk. i hope you are feeling better. what movie did you watch? last night I had a movie in bed night with chocolate and watched hugh grant and sarah jessica-parker in 'the morgan movie' (or whatever the title is). wasn't too bad really. if you sick again today go get it.
ReplyDeleteThat soup looks like just the ticket. Hope you feel better soon Kerry.
ReplyDeleteTake care. You poor thing. Stay warm and cosy and don't go back to work until you feel much better. I love that you managed to "style and shoot" such a great photo though!
ReplyDeleteIt was that flight to Melbourne wot did it! :)
ReplyDeleteThe garlic should fix you up.
Glass is becoming a bit of a Canberra specialty isn't it. Fantastic medium.
Oh I hope you are feeling better my lovely!!! That soup looks fabulous any wonder you found the energy to photograph it for your blog! Take care of yourself and get lots of rest!!! Big hug to you ~ Tina xx
ReplyDeleteHope you're feeling better soon Kerri, although I think you must be feeling delirious to even think about the styling and the photograph of the soup for the blog. (It does look good!) New issue of Living etc out today. Would you like me to send you a copy? Just the thing when stuck in bed. xx
ReplyDeleteAwww, hope you feel better! And if you can pull something like this together while feeling sick, I can only imagine what you're like when you're well!
ReplyDeleteOh Kerry, hope you feel better soon, mind you that soup looks delicious, nothing like chicken soup to aid a speedy recovery.
ReplyDeleteXX
Whats up this is kind of of off topic but I
ReplyDeletewas wondering if blogs use WYSIWYG editors or if you have
to manually code with HTML. I'm starting a blog soon but have no coding experience so I wanted to get advice from someone with experience. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hey I know this is off topic but I was wondering if you knew of any widgets
ReplyDeleteI could add to my blog that automatically tweet my
newest twitter updates. I've been looking for a plug-in like this for quite some time and was hoping maybe you would have some experience with something like this. Please let me know if you run into anything. I truly enjoy reading your blog and I look forward to your new updates.

Gday. I noticed your site title, "Blogger: A Tranquil Townhouse"
ReplyDeletedoes not really reflect the content of your web site.
When creating your website title, do you believe it's most beneficial to write it for Website positioning or for your viewers? This is one thing I've been struggling with due
to the fact I want good rankings but at the same time I want the best quality for my website visitors.

Today, I went to the beachfront with my kids. I found a sea shell and
ReplyDeletegave it to my 4 year old daughter and said "You can hear the ocean if you put this to your ear." She put the shell to her
ear and screamed. There was a hermit crab inside and
it pinched her ear. She never wants to go back! LoL I know this is completely off topic but I had to tell someone!
