The first born and the 22 year old (collectively but lovingly known as the ferals...which is a highly inaccurate description but I'm keeping it!) would probably say the mid week fatigue is because I'm getting old...maybe...but I'm not in a nursing home yet!
Anyway, I think I'll reserve Thursdays for pretty pictures. It's easier for me at this stage of the week and probably easier for you too...as I do have a tendency to waffle on a touch! Not today though...here you go...images from one of the books on my bookshelf....It's got some nice advice...
...and some tranquil spaces
...just what I needed. How about you?

ReplyDeleteTranquil spaces from a tranquil townhouse. Very apt. I love your sense of humor. Gotta have a sense of humor, we women, ya know! To deal with "the ferals" of life.
ReplyDeleteBrenda
Yes Kerry, very tranquil. I feel a little refreshed after looking at them. Thanks, Have a great day.
ReplyDeleteOh, look at Buffy, the little cupcake! I don't believe a word you say about her, she's just misunderstood. Pretty picturs this fine Thursday, but I must away, I have a hot date with a drop saw! K xx

ReplyDeleteOh Kerry,
ReplyDeleteI'm afraid that Buffy is the star of the show. I think that thursday's should be Buffy Day !!!! haha.
I do love your pretty pictures and, although it's still a bit chilly here in the U.K. they have made me feel very summery.
Try and put your feet up, Kerry and have a bit of 'me' time if you can. XXXX
They did the trick, thanks my lovely..Rxx

ReplyDeleteHi Kerry
ReplyDeletedon't worry my dear, that nursing home will have to wait a veryyy long time for you... cause you're too brilliant!
Those pictures are just what I need right now..tranquil,relaxed, cozy spaces.. and maybe the vampire slayer :-)
You know I love the two of you !
Flaviana
The vampire slayer is too adorable. I really want a cat, but Jason and Imani are both very allergic, so I settled for my little rat-dog, 7 ib chihuahua. I like the little words of wisdom on the pages and the images are so peaceful!
